Variation ID not displaying name

    Using WC version 2.6.14 running NovelPro Theme that supposedly supports Woocommerce. When orders come in, the invoice isn’t adding the name value for the Variation ID. Instead, it’s just listing the variation ID number. The client has thousands of variation IDs and is having to go search each product to define which ID is being listed for every product. It only seems to be a problem with this theme and I’ve contacted the dev. for that theme too, but so far they haven’t been helpful yet. I’m hoping that you can offer some insight since you are the dev. of the plugin having the issue.

    Hi!
    The variation data in the PDF is formatted using the same functions as the ones used for the WooCommerce email, so there’s nothing custom here. I’m afraid if the issue is caused by the theme then that’s where you should look for a solution too, especially since that’s a premium extension that you paid for (and this being a free plugin).

    I hope they will help you with a solution for this!
