   As these are the English-
   language forums, I’ll reply in English. This way, more people can benefit from
   the discussion. I hope that’s ok.
 * With variables, do you mean PHP variables? If so: No, sorry, these can not be
   used in tables (mainly for security reasons).
 * Instead, I would recommend that you define a [custom Shortcode](https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/shortcodes/)
   for these variables, which will return their value. These Shortcodes can be used
   in tables without problems.
