# Variable products. Pipe separated terms?

 * Hi,
 * I have installed the Woocommerce plugin 2.0 from the Github page.
 * When adding variable products I only get pipe separated terms even though I have
   set up the attributes and terms before hand.
 * It seems to be missing a Javascript for the autocomplete, although the console
   tells me there are no Javascript errors.
 * Was just wondering if anyone had encountered this issue, if there is a fix for
   it or if I have totally missed something out in the installation or settings.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * I had the attributes set as text instead of select.

 * YES! Thank you. Such a dumb detail I missed and couldnt figure it out.
 * 1. Products > Attributes > Hover over the title/name and click edit.
    2. TYPE:“
   select”
