Variable products not included in FB catalog

    Hi, all products are imported in FB catalog as simple product, while I have a lot of variable products with different colors. Please advise what I am doing wrong. In product filters of the catalog settings “Remove the variations from the feed” is unchecked – https://prnt.sc/uaob8g
    This is a variable product with 4 colors and here is a printscreen how it is imported in my FB catalog – https://prnt.sc/uaocl2

    Obviously it is a bug in the plugin but no reply form the plugin author so far.

    Hi,

    I’m very sorry for the late response here!

    I see that you don’t have the variants in the feed XML too. Do you have any extension for woocommerce for the variations? Or do you have any customization in the theme for the variables in WooCommerce?

    I can confirm you that it’s not a bug in the plugin because I have the variations in my feed on my end, with the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, but if you have any customization (or by extension or manually) it might be possible that something doesn’t work because of those customization which may alter the standard working of WooCommerce.

    let me know if you have any customization and which of those.
