Variable products not appearing in sets

    Hi,
    Just started using this plugin and have created sets in WooCommerce for FB shop using categories. It seems only ‘simple products’ are pulling through to FB, but most of our products are variable.

    It seems they can be manually added by typing the product ID, which is usually one number higher than has been sent to FB. Assumption is it’s only sending the parent product id and not the variations. Is there a way around this without doing it all manually?

    Good luck with getting variables to work with this plug in. They have never worked for my website products going over to facebook. I have had variable images show instead of main images on Facebook, and wrong information will show. No one was ever able to fix this issue so I gave up. I had to detach all my variable images on my website in order for the items to show properly on Facebook. Kind of “not the point” of having variable to begin with! Good luck!

    Hi @jpjpb,

    We released a fix for variable items and product sets not syncing correctly with the latest version of Facebook – ver. 2.6.13. Please make sure you are using it, and that logging is on, and try to re-sync it. If it fails still, please post any errors from the logs at WooCommerce > Status > Logs and we can see what to do to resolve the item.

    Thank you, that worked. I was on 2.6.12. After upgrading I had to delete the sets in FB and create them again in WC. Variations have now pulled through.

    Sounds good, also very glad to hear. The variations/product sets has been a particular thorny thing for the past few months, so very happy to hear it is working for lots of people with the update.
