 * Hello,
 * For variable products with enabled “managed stock” at variations level;
    If the
   buyer/user enter a quantity higher than the available stock quantity for this
   variation, and hit the “add to cart” button, he receives a notification saying“
   value must be less or equal to 10”. where 10 is the available stock quantity 
   entered in the dashboard. How we can edit/customize this notification/message?
   Or how we can disallow the user from entering a value higher than the available
   stock quantity? Is there any solution to avoid this message?
 * If the product is out of stock and the user hit “add to cart”, a pop message 
   appears “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”

 * Sounds like the message you’re getting is from an HTML5 popup message using the
   number input field, rather than WooCommerce itself. Would need to see a URL to
   confirm though…

 * What do you mean by HTML5 popup message? I didn’t add any customization or plugin.
   What is the default WooCommerce behavior when the user order a number higher 
   than the available stock quantity (the backorders is set to “do not allow”) ?
   
   and if this is an HTML5 message using the number input field, how we can edit
   this message?
