Hello! I work for a non-profit organization supporting Autism: SLOautism.org I use your product:
    Product Customer List for WooCommerce
And it works VERY well… I have a couple of questions that I don\’t know how to fix:

    1) I have a variable product, and they picked a shirt size – yet, in the customer list, it does not show the shirt size… it shows: \”Shirt size: Any\” when the emailed order shows \”shirt size: small\” – how can I have it report the shirt size?
    2) Also, does the plugin affect managing inventory at all? – woocommerce is not managing inventory correctly since I installed the plugin, and I\’m not sure why.

The page I\’m referencing is: http://sloautism.org/product/runner/

    Thank you!!!

    Brendan

    Brendan,

1 – That’s not normal. The plugin should show the proper variation. Do you think it would be possible for you to give me temporary access to your website via email? It would be easier for me to look into the issue.

2 – All the plugin does is display information from the database, so it’s not supposed to alter inventory. Do you have a translation plugin installed by any chance? Another user was having a similar issue in the past with WPML (it would only show inventory for one language instead of both), which I have fixed already.

    Keep me posted,

    Brendan,

thank-you for the acccess. It seems your variations have “any” selected as a second attribute, and unfortunately, that’s what woocommerce saves in the database for your orders by default. In order for this to work properly, I would recommend adding the attributes in products / attributes instead of hand writing them directly in the product. Once that is done, you can go in the variations tab or your product and press the button to generate automatically all the variations.

Here is a video demo of it:

Regarding your inventory problem, I’m assuming it’s because you haven’t setup paypal IPN properly and you should look into that.

Let me know if it works.
