Variable product-radio button is not disabled when variable prod.not available

I´m wondering if there´s some limitation of count of variables of product.
I´m trying to create about 50 variables. Some of them are not possible to create / sell so I deleted them.
If I have about 30 variations, those unavailable, radio buttons is disabled for this kind of variation but when I create more options, radio button is available for selection. Woocommerce tell to customer that option is not available but it doesn´t look well for me.
Is there any possibility to disable radio button any other way?
