    – variablility by 100 gr
    – variablility by 500 gr

On checkout stock is reduce 1 by 1
So If I buy 100gr stock become 999 or
    If I buy 500gr stock become 999

  • @johanna75 yes, that’s how stock works. If you have a product with stock of 1000 and you purchase 1 of the variation, it reduces the stock by 1. If you want to not purchase 1 of the stock, but to actually sell a bundle of several of it, then you need to look into bundling products.

You could also uncheck “Enable stock management at product level” under Product > Data > Inventory and set it on a *Per Variation* level instead. That’ll reduce the stock of the individual variation, instead of the base product itself.

    Anphira & Riaan,

let me explain in deeper my problem:
I have a product Apple (the fruit) and i have 1000 kilos
For this product, I have made variations :
    – variablility by 100 gr
    – variablility by 500 gr

If I use the Riaan issue when the 500gr will be reach stock zΓ©ro (it will desaperad from woo) while my client can provide 500gr (preparing cart with 5x100gr)

I just need when 500gr is add to cart to reduce the stock like this :
    1000 kilos – 500gr = 9 999,5 kilos

I need this too, I have malt that is sold in 500g, 1kg and 25kg. The stock is based on how many kilos I have in total, so if someone buys 500g it needs to reduce the total stock by 0.5

Got the same problem than @johanna75.
I sell tea with variation of 25g, 50g, 100g…and prepare my packages according to the needs of the clients
    I use this plugin:
It works great but is no longer maintained πŸ™

@ruthvant: the measurement-price-calculator plugin works if you let the customers enter the quantity they need but not if you propose some variations πŸ™
