Variable Product – Does this work with Variable Products?

I have lots of variable products…size, weight, color.

I need to set a free shipping threshold for orders totaling $50.00 US or more. All other orders are charged a flat rate $11.95 US.

1. If someone orders ten of the same items (2 lbs boxes) and the total is over $50.00 can this plugin automatically calculate the total of the order with free shipping?

2. If someone orders 2 of the same items (1/2 lbs boxes) that total less than $50.00 will this plugin add the flat $11.95 shipping rate I use?
