Variable product/bulk purchase

I have one product with 7 variations, all are the same price. If you buy five of the products (any combination of variations) I want to discount the price. This would mean that one item is 2.50, but five items is 10.00. After I set up the plugin (I thought correctly) the table on the product page appears to be right – that is it shows quantity 5, fixed price 10.00. However, if I add the five variable products, the price becomes 50.00 and not 10.00.

Is what I am trying to achieve possible with your plugin?
