Variable product as free gift

    Hello there

    I am considering buying your PRO version but want to clarify wether or not it will be able to solve our problem, since the free version seems quite limited…

    So we have 4 products in a certain product-category, we wish for our customers to be able to purchase at least a quantity of 5 products from this category to be able to obtain ONLY one of 3 variable products as a gift.

    What we are mainly interested in knowing is 1. How does it work, when a variable product is used as a gift (how will the customer be able to make a choice for the variable product)? 2. How do we assure that only 1 product is chosen as a gift and not all 3 variable products

    Hi

    Any news about this? we have the PRO version of this plugin but when we try to add product variations they do not appear in the list of available products to gift.

    Only the first option of the variable product appears.

    i’ve the same problem too, always upload only the first gift, the support isnt responding.
    Anyone managed to get a refund?
