Variable Prods Not Adding Even after fix Tic ref: #4704

Hey there.
I tried the fix offered in the READ FIRST –
Removed the variable.php – but made no difference. Nothing gets added to cart : /Any chance of another option that could help patch through till the template dev updates? I’d rather patch than have to roll back.
