 * All throughout the WP-invoice settings in the drop down boxes I have “Values
   are empty.” I can’t configure anything. I believe this is causing an issue that
   prevents the PayPal payment link from being added to invoices. Need help please.

 * Hello.
 * Can you clarify in more details which ‘dropdown boxes’?
    Did you try to disable
   third party plugins?
 * Regards.

 * Hi-In Settings, on the Main tab, the field Calculate Taxable Subtotal, the drop
   down list only shows “Values are empty.” It’s like that on all of the settings
   tabs. Yes, disabled all third party plugins, we are updated to the latest versions
   of WP and WP-Invoice and we are using the Twenty-Fourteen template.
 * Happy to give you an admin login if you would like to take a look.

 * OK-found a bigger issue here. I installed the plugin on a new site but on the
   same server. When I did, the Settings Page had a whole new look and interface
   than the old one and everything worked great. I created a new, test invoice and
   it looked great. I went back into settings and it then reverted back to the old
   Settings page (with multiple tabs along the top) and now the invoices don’t work
   again. Any idea as to what is causing this?

 * Ok. Something is missing in your story. So you had not latest version of the
   plugin. Now you installed latest one(3.10.0) on your test site, but plugin can’t
   downgrade itself. And multiple tabs along the top this is default view of the
   Settings page in any version – [http://screencast.com/t/Vs2BknEZU7](http://screencast.com/t/Vs2BknEZU7)
 * Can you describe how can I replicate this in more details:
    “I went back into
   settings and it then reverted back to the old Settings page”.
 * Did you customize something directly in the plugin?
    Did you try to disable third
   party plugins?
 * Regards.

 * I tested your plugin across three of my websites. One of the sites upgraded from
   a previous version, the other two were new installs of 3.10.0. The settings tab
   in your link is the one I am seeing now BUT it is not the initial settings page
   I see. I will try and get a screen shot of this page and send it when I have
   time. The initial settings page is much different and works correctly. Once I
   create an invoice however, the “normal” settings screen returns with the “Values
   Are Empty” drop downs (see screen shot). [http://www.screencast.com/t/apuNTVWM](http://www.screencast.com/t/apuNTVWM)
 * Bottom line is that the plugin does not work for me. Are there specific server
   or database settings that need to be made?
 * No customization has been made to the plugin and as previously mentioned, I have
   tried disabling all other plugins. Nothing works.
