    We do not offer any “Value” parameter for the contact form, because the value is actually automatically pre-filled for you; if you’re logged in, the Value wil be set to your account’s name.

    It’s a good suggestion though; I took note of your feedback and we’ll consider adding this parameter in a future jetpack update.

    Thanks for the report!

    Thanx for considering this. I use the “value” parameter in the case that the form doesn´t show the “label”, so with the “value” you can show the name of the field.

    For now I fis with this JS:

    $('input#161-nombre').val("Nombre");
    	$('input#161-email').val("Email");
    	$('input#161-asunto').val("Asunto");
    	$('textarea#contact-form-comment-161-comentario').val("Mensaje");
    	$('input.pushbutton-wide').val("Enviar");

    It feels good to help 🙂
