It sounds like the card may have been redeemed already. Go to Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Balances and enter the gift card number. Click on the View Activity button to see the activity on the card.

Based on the activity records, it looks like both cards still have their balances ($10 and $25 respectively).
On the front end of the shop, are you receiving any error messages when applying these gift cards or does it say that the balance of the card is $0 and does not apply anything to the order? It is possible that you have a conflict with another plugin. Can you send me a WooCommerce System Report?
