 * Hi [@fcamez](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fcamez/),
 * Glad you reached out! Happy to help.
 * I might need additional information about your website. Shooting in the dark,
however, this error usually happens on installations that are inside a subdirectory.
It needs to be on a subdomain OR on the main domain, but not subfolders.
 * I’ve escalated this to our development team so they can work on a fix. You can
follow up on the progress of the fix here: [https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/vfb-forms-generate-invalid-form-id-error](https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/vfb-forms-generate-invalid-form-id-error).
 * We are actively tracking user issues to make sure our dev team is aware of them
and can get them fixed. You can use the link to check in for updates or to provide
   additional details of your own.
 * Give the post above a look, and let me know if you would like me to add any additional
details. I want to ensure your need is as accurately reflected as possible, and
I’m happy to include an internal note to our teams with any specific information
you would like them to have.
 * While we work on a fix, feel free to message us if you have further questions
   or require any additional assistance!
 * If possible, you can try moving the site to a subdomain installation or the root
directory. If that’s not possible, you can use an option-based form instead as
   a workaround.
 * Please let me know if you have further questions.
 * I’m always happy to help!

 * The issue is fixed! The subdomain / subfolder was the issue. I had to delete
our old site with the new theme to fix the issue. I was staging the new design
in a subfolder for testing purposes. Everything is moved over into main folder.
