# Validation with “0”

 * Good day!
 * I have installed your plugin but unfortunately, I gives a positive validation
   when the user just enters a “0” for example.
 * How can this be prevented? With a minimum number requirement perhaps?
 * Currently when I select the country flag and enter “0” it completes the checkout.
 * Please help?

 * Hello, thanks for this observance
    Please can you clarify this problem persists
   even if you have all plugins deactivated, and leaving only WooCommerce and Phone
   Validator for WooCommerce active? also switching to default 2020 theme. Please
   let me know if this problem still persists after that. Make sure you stage your
   site to a test environment before doing this, editing live sites might be weird
   😅

 * Hi, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I cannot switch anything off but what
   I can confirm is the following:
    – Woocommerce at the latest version – Theme:
   Avada – latest version – Checkout Field Editor from Themehigh is used – billing_phone
   field type is tel and validation has been switched off (same result if validation
   is set to “phone”) in the plugin
 * I hope this helps. Perhaps this can be solved with a filter?

 * I once had a weird conflict with Checkout Field Editor, won’t be surprised, it
   is giving the issue 🤧, can you please send the site address if possible? I could
   try debugging via browser.
    Will later test it on my end tonight.

 * Quick Update: I managed to sort out the issue. It was theme related all is working
   as it should.

    Thanks a lot, I wasn’t sure if i could make an order on the link
   you sent, it didn’t look like a test site, and I noticed i had to complete the
   order to see the actual validation issue. Then other things took my time. Thanks
   a whole lot for bringing this feedback, was worried how the validation was not
   validating “0” 😅 You just saved me some stress. Please do not forget to rate

 * Thanks so much. Will definitely do. I know I had another post, but is it possible
   to apply this plugin to a second phone number field, or is limited to the billing
   phone field only?
