# Validation errors occurred warning on new input

 * New form created, and in testing, I filled out all the fields and just above 
   the send button there is a statement: “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm
   the fields and submit it again.”
 * RE-checked all fields and they were correct. Clicked the Send button and it successfully
   sent. Why is the warning appearing? What triggers it if all the data, including
   required fields, is correct?
 * It will confuse those filling out the form.

    When using a text field, and using text as a placeholder, the
   input has to be exact.
