 * I’m getting an “end tag for element “HEAD” which is not open” error and a “document
   type does not allow element “BODY” here” error when I try to validate a new theme.
   Before I ported the design over to WordPress, it validated perfectly. Any ideas?(

 * you might consider changing to an xhtml doctype as a first step, i took a quick
   look and didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary

 * thats not valid in HTML 4.x Thats an XHTML thing.
