Validation Error on Checkout Page When Selecting “Ship to a Different Address

    Hello,

    I am writing to report an issue that is affecting my website’s checkout process. Specifically, when a user selects the “Ship to a different address” checkbox, a validation error message is displayed under the “Use a new Card” section. The error message reads “Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment.” This issue is causing inconvenience to my customers and I would appreciate your help in resolving it.

    Hi @progremzion

    Thanks for sharing the videos, I have tried it on my end and I can’t replicate it on my end, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi,

    Please make sure the debug mode is enabled, this is under WooCommerce > settings > payments > Braintree.

    Then please try to reproduce the issue again, once the error appears, please navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. Is there any error generated from Braintree or another plugin? If so, let us know.
