# Validated HTML Code incompatible with IE 7.0…

 * Hi All,
 * I’ve seen versions of this question before, so my apologies. My weblog:

 * works with Mozilla and Opera but the sidebar widget stuff – search, calendar,
   blogroll, as well as previous days posts fails to display using the internet 
   explore browser 7.0.6001… I have validated the code on the W3C site as XHTML 
   1.0 Transitional, and the CSS style sheet is also compliant.
 * Appreciate any tips.

 * The problem is due to copy and pasting from MS Word. Word adds bad code that 
   IE hates. Either remove the bad code or repaste your text from a text editor 
   like notepad.
