 * Hi.
    I’ve made an internal plugin that makes some initial settings on activation.
   I added options for Cookie Notice, too. But then trying to activate my plugin
   fails unless I deactivate Cookie Notice. I notice you have bound validate_options
   to the options which is most likely the reason for this.
 * Is there any way for me to change the settings from another plugin? Or is what
   I’m doing exactly what you’re trying to prevent?
