Validate fields in e-mail template

    I would like to show on e-mails, just the fields the user fill.
    Is there a way to do this?

    this is because I’m using this plugin to calculate quotes for my customers, but I can’t send them the info with items showing a default value for example:

    item 1: price: 0

    because this could get the customers confused, make them think that the item is free of charge.
