Being the hair-splitter that I am, I’d like all my sites to be in perfect XHTML 1.0 Transitional. However, somehow the theme seems to add -tags at the beginning and the ending of my -tag. I’ve searched everywhere in my code, but I can’t seem to solve this problem. And this *is* a problem to me, seeing that HTML validation always crashes on these empty tags (the theme doesn’t seem to put anything in those tags). * So my question is: why does the theme put in those tags, and – more importantly– how do I get rid of them? * Oh yeah, and the default Kubrick theme has the same problem. Is it not in any file at all? (it’s not really an error, it’s the Tidy-plugin for Firefox that says that my code is not properly formatted) * The errors are on line 43 and 366.
