    Once a client has paid via PayPal for a 1 year subscription using WooCommerce and is ACTIVE the next day their status gets changed to EXPIRED and we are not able to move it back to ACTIVE. See error:Unable to change subscription status to “active”.
    Please help!

    Please login to with the account you’ve used to purchase
    WooCommerce Subscriptions, select WooCommerce Subscriptions from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

    If you’re using a third-party extension to get this done, please get in touch with their plugin support team directly.
