# Valid datetime format for time element

 * In website when did validation check for the markup, it recommends me to use 
   proper datetime format for the time element. How can I do it.
    Following is the
   message I got
 * >  Bad value June 7, 2016 for attribute datetime on element time: The literal
   > did not satisfy the time-datetime format.
   >  From line 2, column 11; to line 
   > 2, column 58 Published `<time class="published" datetime="June 7, 2016">June
   > 7` Syntax of time-datetime:
 * What can I do to resolve this issue, or you can do it in next update.

 * Hi rajrathore. The theme uses the WP date format. You can change that in Settings
   > General Settings > Date Format.
