V6111 & V6010 errors

    Hi,
    I have recently added eway to my website and despite adding API key, password and client side encryption. I have been getting this error.

    Transaction failed
    V6111: Unauthorised API Access, Account Not PCI Certified
    V6010: Invalid TransactionType, account not certified for eCome only MOTO or Recurring available

    I have read a few feeds and tried to work out what might be causing this issue for me. The person who designed my website said that it would be easy for them to install eway to my site but its not working and they keep charging and charging me to fix it but its still not working.

    To fix this error, I updated all plug ins and IT WORKED! No more errors

    Great to hear. Updating everything is always a good place to start — but best done on a staging / test website first to be sure everything works after updates.

    Likely something was triggering JavaScript errors on the page, or breaking the page footer.
