 * The new v5 version of the plugin isn’t displaying properly on our sites whether
   migrated or installed afresh.

 * We seem to be getting an erroneous combination of v4 and v5 layout.
 * WP 6.7.1

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for reporting this. We’re aware of similar issues and are actively working
   on a fix.
 * In the meantime, have you tried **reinstalling the plugin** to see if a fresh
   install resolves the display problem? If the issue persists, could you check
   if any caching (browser or plugin-based) might be affecting the interface?
 * We appreciate your patience and will update once we have a fix.
   Best Regards,

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for the reply. I’ve tested out your suggestion on a small test site
   we have that on which there’s no WP caching enabled, and cleared the browser
   cache as well.
 * Updating from 4.1.7 to 5.0.2 on the site results in the display corruption. Deactivating
   and deleting the v5.0.2 of the plugin (checked that the directory was removed!)
   and then installing v5.0.2 afresh didn’t resolve the display issue either.
