v4.0.x and IE9 styling issue

    Hi,

    I just noticed that the buttons in IE9 do not look the same in other browsers. The color of the buttons is white/gray with a colored border in IE9 in WordPress 4.0 and 4.0.1 but in other browsers, the buttons are light blue.

    I’ve clean-installed v3.9.3 and the problem does not occur.

    Could somebody confirm this? Is it an intended behavior?
