V3.0.4 still fails to dump DB table "wp_users"

I just updated from 3.0.3, which was broken, to 3.0.4, and it’s still broken for me. Backing up the site to a file in a folder. It still fails at the wp_users table.

It used to work fine with V2.7. I’m using WP 3.5.1 with Twenty Eleven theme. Very small and simple site hosted by Fat Cow.
