    Hello,

After upgrading to v. 3.1.11 the gallery stopped working.
WHen I click on a specific gallery on my website it doesn’t open but reirects to the home page.
When I try to open the gallery from the control panel or WP it gives me this error:

    “ArgumentCountError thrown
Too few arguments to function Mixin_GalleryStorage_Base_Getters::get_image_sizes(), 0 passed and exactly 1 expected”

I first restored 3.0.7 from a backup i had and it worked perfectly, but it seems it keepss auto upgrade and I have the same problem again and again.
Please advice me how to fix all this.

    Thanks,
    Stefan G.

After I deactivated the image optimizer, the error showed above does not show anymore.
However, on the live site, when choosing a gallery, still loads the main slideshow from the home page, and not the galleries as it was before.
Furthermore, when I try to reinsert the gallery on the page it gives me this error:
“get_static_abspath requires a path and module. Received nextgen-gallery-pro/modules/nextgen_pro_imagebrowser/static/preview.jpg and ”

    It’s still not working.
    Please see the gallery page:

If you click on a gallery, instead of loading the gallery it returns to the home page.

After I spent so much time trying to fix the broken galleries after the 3.1.11 upgrade, I’m finally giving up.
I’m transferring my website to Smugmug.
I’ll appreciate if someone from NextGen contact me and refund me (if not the full price then at least some part of it).
I’m sorry I have to leave you, but I can’t just fight with this anymore.
I want my site up and running and not staying day after day for weeks trying to fix whatever you broke with that upgrade.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @stefig,

I totally understand your frustrations and you are more than welcome to submit a refund request within your member’s account. We do apologize for the inconveniences.

Also, if you wouldn’t mind we’d like to take a closer look at the issue . We may need to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: http://www.imagely.com/report-bug , refer back to this forum thread, and let them know Mihai referred you.

    Thanks in advance,

    Same problem here.

I don’t wanna update NExtGen anymore.

    Hi @sapphirecreative

That’s another error message, but it’s indeed a known issue, and we are going to release a new fix today. As soon as it’s available, please run the update, re-test the site, and see if it works for you. If not, please let us know.

    @taufanxxx
    We are deeply sorry.
If you have some time, try to create a new thread, and we’ll love to help you troubleshoot your site. Please, take into consideration that not all the sites are the same, and we need to narrow down the source of the problem (that might not be the same case for you). We are here to help.
