 * Hi, I have received an error while I was upgrading the plugin. So, file /wp-content/
   upgrade/nextgen-gallery.tmp/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/
   nextgen_basic_gallery/templates/slideshow/nextgen_basic_slideshow_settings_gallery_dimensions.
   php couldn’t copy. I tried other my sites but the result was same. My sites are
   working on IIS 8. Is it cause to this error?

 * [@mstfcbn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mstfcbn/): I’m not sure what would
   be causing that, but as a short term solution if you haven’t already, can you
   please try updating manually? Just grab the 2.0.33 zip file, unpack on your computer,
   and copy up the whole set of files from the nextgen-gallery folder on your computer
   to the one on your website. (Erick)

 * for god´s sake !!! the filename of nextgen_basic_slideshow_settings_gallery_dimensions.
   php is too long (too many characters) the file can not be transferred via FTP.

   therefore there are no Gallery Settings in WordPress Admin available.

 * [@witch](https://wordpress.org/support/users/witch/).craft – That would be almost
   unique to your particular hosting environment, have you contacted your web host
   service to see if this can be addressed?
 * Also, generally speaking, having a file too long is more likely pointing to the
   full path to the file (which may have a 256 character limit from beginning to
   end) being too long.
