    Hi @rermis

    There seems to be a bug with v.11 as it won’t auto apply coupons anymore. I tried going back to version 2.0 (downloaded from SVN) and this works.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you this report. It must be a circumstantial bug, as I have yet to reproduce an issue. Can you provide me with a screen capture of the coupon settings with ‘general’ and ‘usage restriction’ tabs?

    Same here. Installed plugin few minutes ago. It just simply doest apply automatically. Not even with link extension. I am trying to make FB offer with automatic applied coupon and no luck so far.
    There is no error messages or anything else.

    Thank you for your feedback. I’ve identified an issue when more than one product or variation is targeted on the coupon. This will be fixed within the next few hours.

    Yes, I have color variated product that I want to apply coupon. At first I thought I have to tag each variation. Thanks for fast response and fix!

    @jurajbar Can you add ?troubleshoot to the cart URL. It will provide a status of each coupon and if it qualifies to be applied. Let me know if this helps.

    That’s a good sign. The browser could have cached the issue from the previous version. You can also check to see for sure if the coupons are added correctly in a private/incognito tab.

    In incognito mode didnt work at all. Not with ?troubleshoot at the end.

    Ah yes ?troubleshoot will only output when logged in as admin. Is there a caching plug-in installed on the site or server? If possible I recommend excluding /cart and /checkout from being cached.

    If you continue to experience an issue, can you provide me your setting for the coupon at hand? You’re welcome to post a screenshot image via shipboard.io or other tool.

    I dont think I have. Manually adding coupon works, so settings are correct. Here are screenshots below.
