    Hi Martin,

I am creating my first WordPress site and I have been using the Virture Premium Theme (v2.7.8) by KadenceThemes.com and it uses a Revolution and Cyclone sliders that are also using jquery so maybe that is causing the conflict.

Is the conflict on your side or the theme side?

I have tried all the different settings with your widget (in the footer) and not luck 🙁

    My site is: http://nstreet.synology.me

    Thanks, Nigel

The clash is with Cyclone Slider Pro – which is loading its own copy of the cycle script after Rotating Tweets.

There’s already a fix in for Cyclone Slider 2, so I’ve applied the same fix to work with Cyclone Slider Pro in the development version at https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/rotatingtweets.zip – please let me know if it works!

That looks like the same version I already have, 1.7.5 but I deleted my current version and installed from the link you supplied but it did not appear to make any difference.

    Thanks, Nigel

    It’s slightly tweaked.

Is the file in the cyclone slide pro directory called cyclone-slider-pro/cyclone-slider.php or cyclone-slider-pro/cyclone-slider-pro.php? Rotating Tweets needs to detect the plug-in file to put in the fix.

For the fix to work, it also needs to be using version 2 of the JavaScript.

Ahh, changing to “Version 2 (beta)” did the trick. 🙂

    Many thanks, great plugin.
