Hello @wpmimi,
Thank you for reaching out!
I just tried and it works correctly on my end.
Could you please give me a bit more details about this?
Do you mean it does not work in preview mode?
Also after activating the Countdown and Coming Soon page through Appearance > Customize > did you check your website using an incognito window and see if they display?
Could you please send me your site’s URL so I can take a look?
Warmly,
Mihaela

Hello @mplusb,
Thank you for your reply.
You mean you see the this template: https://colorlib.com/etc/cs/02-comming-soon.html?
I just tried in incognito mode it is the same.
My URL is: https://ukiyo-e.fr
Or were you able to download it from here: https://colorlib.com/wp/template/02-comming-soon/ ? Because the link I received by email is broken

I installed the plugin it works fine but I don’t see the template I was looking for, the v17. On colorlib’s website the instructions are:
1. To install the plugin Coming Soon => I was able to install it correctly but no v17
2. To download the template => Link is broken I was not able to download it
Could you help me get the v17 coming soon template?
Thank you
Thank you for explaining!
Unfortunately that template is not yet in the plugin, I’m sorry.
There were some new templates added on the site, but not in the plugin.
We will add them in a future update. Apologies for the trouble.
