V1.5 RSS time stamp problem

I’m playing with the 21 Jan build of 1.5, and when I make a post, it shows up correctly in the blog as being posted at my local time. I’m at GMT -0600.

But when the RSS2 entry makes its way into NewsFire, the timestamp on it is GMT -1200. It’s like the code is calculating the post time *twice* for the RSS feed.
