Updated to current version and it stopped working. I’ve gone over the settings repeatedly and I can’t find any reason as to why it won’t work on the website.

    WP updated to 5.0.02
    Theme updated to current version
WP Bakery Page Builder updated to 5.6

Display postcode widget is working fine. (Don’t need it, but wanted to check if working and rule out something else wrong)

Search postcode widget displays, but will not search or return a result. HELP!!!!
You can use postcode 3342 or 3340 for testing purposes.

Hey Dynadom, there was a change in how the postcode format needs to work. It was originally Suburb:Postcode but was easier and made more sense to use Postcode:Suburb.

Please make sure your list now reflects the changes 🙂

Made the change and still not working. (Note tip in plugin still says 1 Per Line – Format: Suburb:Postcode)

I was wondering if there is some kind of conflict between the plugin settings & those in the widget. Did some testing…Whether using widget or shortcode the checker will not search/find.

I will try uninstalling plugin, do a cache clear and then reinstall to see if this will resolve issue.

Yes it is will 1 per line but following the format Postcode:Suburb

Thanks for the note will make sure that is updated.

I’ve tested your link, everything works for me. Including those 2 postcode examples. I’d assume after a cache clear it should work fine for you as well.

Even after uninstall/reinstall & cache clear it does not work for me. At this point in time I’m afraid I will have to find an alternate plugin. I need to be able to test and check what visitors are seeing on the front end.

I really liked your plugin, but I can’t lose more time on something that for all intents and purposes should be working.

If you get stuck you can try v1.6 there were a few typos / bugs that have been corrected and may now work for you.

    Version 1.6

    * List now accepts postcodes only, or format postcode:suburb (or both)
    * Fixed incorrect labels and hints
    * Fixed Submit Button Issues
    * Fixed couple of bugs in JS
