V0.0.5 Header size reduced to 2600×500

I had an image in a 2.2 x 1 ratio, but now the theme requires me to have a 5.2 x 1 ratio, which zoom in on the image. Making it look bad and cutting off the image i want to use. Please change this back to the way it was ASAP.

I have scaled my image to a 500 px hight, and skipped the cropping recommendation and now my photo looks really low quality. It is one quarter the resolution now.

Please advise a workaround or please update the theme to go back to the way it was in the last version.
