Since updating version 2.53 does not work.
Configured “Action / Initial” and the “Rule description” is well displayed. When publishing or updating, it is changed to the default content minus the hours and place.

    Example:
    Show the content on 19 February 2019 @ 00:00 until 19 February 2019 @ 23:59.
    Repeat this action every year.
This rule will be active until March 01, 2020.
All times are in the America / Caracas timezone.

    Example when updating:
    Show the content on 1970-01-01 @ 00:00 until 1970-01-01 @ 23:59.
    Repeat this action every year.
This rule will be active until 1970-01-01.
All times are in the America / Caracas timezone.

The date format is “2019-02-19” and not “19 February 2019”. If you just select a new date using the date popup, you should get the proper format. However, there is a bug which causes the default date for new rules to be formatted with the local date format of WordPress and not yyyy-mm-dd.

I’ll fix this and push an update.

I just pushed version 2.54. This should fix the default values in new rules.
