We checked our visual tab editor in the product page and we can not see any issue with it.
On the occasions that the visual tabs is not showing, can you please open the “Web developer tools” on Firefox and check the “Console” tab to see if you have any errors?
This can be a conflict with some other plugins and if you have an issue in the console tab, it will help us to find the root of it.

Error message I have on “Console” is

@johan_walter The error you receiving tells that one of the style files of the plugin is missed while we couldn’t replicate this on the latest version of the plugin.
Please make sure that you’re using the latest version of the plugin and try again on incognito (or private) mode of your browser to see if you’re able to see the issue again.
If you have a caching or optimizing plugin, please also disable it to see if it fixes the issue and let me know.

Yes we use lastest version of plugin Version 2.1.3
I have tried on incognito, issue is the same even on incognito
