I have the exact same problem I’m trying to troubleshoot currently… Following this
Hi @johan-stam are you using Gravity Form? if yes, can you show us how you added the fields in the form?
@dilusionz : feel free to create a new topic, if you aren’t using GF.
@haktansuren I am using GF. I’ve setup the hidden fields, disabled caching on the page in question and setup varnish cookie exclusions on cloudways. Still nothing coming through to the entries. Is there another layer that can be checked that could be causing this ?
@haktansuren Yes, we’re using Gravity Forms (approx. 30 forms).
So, we use a hidden field which is dynamically filled. Could this be a caching issue? We use WP Rocket for caching.
@johan-stam @haktansuren I’m also using WP Rocket – could be the common factor here.
@haktansuren I disabled WP rocket + varnish on the server and still nothing
Update: I asked WP Rocket about the issue. In their docs: WP Rocket does not cache pages with query strings by default. That means the parameters will be stripped from the URL and therefore won’t get in the entries of Gravity Forms as a value. Depending on which parameter you use you add your parameters to an exclusion list or download an extra plugin to modify the list of query strings.
