utm to zappier

    Hello,

    I have a form with this:
    [hidden utm_source default:get]
    [hidden utm_medium default:get]
    [hidden utm_term default:get]
    [hidden utm_content default:get]
    [hidden utm_campaign default:get]

    from some computers and devices I get the parameters right.
    but from some computers and devices its get empty.
    I couldnt find why and how to solve this.

    I also put [_url] in Special Mail Tags ans there I see the full URL with the parameters, so I dont understand why those parameters are empty on zappier

    please help (:

    Hi!
    How are you?

    This plugin uses the data from CF7 to send it to Zapier.
    As it works on some devices only, maybe CF7 is not able to add the GET value to hidden field.

    As default:get means “add the GET value if empty (default)”, I guess some devices are filling the hidden input with a empty string. I don’t know for sure…

    Checking your link I see the input is not receiving that value:

    • Do the error happens with a fresh WordPress install?
    • Do the error happens with another theme?
    • If you allow send the default CF7 mail, are the GET data sent to mail but not to Zapier?
