# UTM Parameters

 * I’m trying to use the UTM parameters to correctly attribute posts made to Facebook
   and Twitter.
 * Basically, I want to add the campaign tag for the specific Facebook page or Twitter
   account.
 * I’m using the following in settings…
 * `utm_source=%NTNAME%&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=%ACCNAME%`
 * But this doesn’t seem to work correctly. In the channel grouping on GA, they 
   all appear under “(other)” rather than “social”. I’ve read that the utm_source
   needs to be case sensitive and it’s currently being set to “Facebook” and perhaps
   should be “facebook”.
 * Anyone have any experience in doing this correctly?

 * Actually scratch that, all seems to be working as expected after letting it run
   for a day or two.
