UTM-Parameters no more transmitted to contact form after enabling caching

Hi there!
First: I love your plugin (especially in combination with autoptimize)!

One question: I use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/handl-utm-grabber/ in order to transmit the parameters to the contact form. But if I enable Cache Enabler it doesn´t work anymore.
The developer of the UTM-Plugin suggested I ask you if it is possible to whitelist all the UTM variables (in the URL). He had the same issue with another caching plugin and they solved it this way. Is that possible with Cache Enabler too or could you integrate that in future versions?
