 * Hello,
    I noticed that adding utm parameters to a cached page, it slows down
   a lot. So I realized that adding utm parameters for tracking exclude caching.
 * How can I set the plugin to handle this correctly?
    I mean in a way that it provide
   cached copy and keep information about the parameters?
 * Thank you

 * Actually utm parameters are ignored by default, so you should get the cached
   version. However if you have any custom query string what you would like to exclude
   you can add them to Ignore GET params in Caching > Tweaks settings
 * These query strings are ignored by default: utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_medium,
   utm_expid, utm_term, utm_content, fb_action_ids, fb_action_types, fb_source,
   fbclid, _ga, gclid, age-verified
