We manage a website that pretty much exclusively sells subscriptions using Woocommerce Subscriptions. When looking at the parent order for subscriptions I’m not seeing the UTM metadata in the order. I don’t know if I need to do something or enable something for it to show or if this plugin just doesn’t work with Subscriptions.

Any help would be appreciated it! Thanks!

Can you go to order page and make sure “Custom Fields” is checked (just like shown below)?

Btw, are you HandL UTM Grabber V2 ?

There is also V3, where you do not need to do this, all the UTMs will be populated in the metabox like shown here https://handldigital.com/utm-grabber/documentation/public/books/woocommerce-integration/page/collect-utms-in-woocommerce-orderpage

Hi – I am using V2 as we were not ready to commit to paying for V3.

There is no option for Custom Fields like is shown in your example:

Hi @mgowell ,

I bet you are using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. That plugin removes Custom Field. However, you can bring custom fields back by adding the following code in to your theme functions.php

add_filter('acf/settings/remove_wp_meta_box', '__return_false');

I still highly recommend upgrading to V3 :). I guarantee it will worth every penny especially with WooCommerce. Feel free to get in touch using the chat in our sales page. We’d be happy to help.
