To find out, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. With all plugins except WooCommerce deactivated, temporarily switch to Storefront. It could be your site’s charset definition is different from everyone else and that’s why you are seeing the error and its not a general error. Please have a look in wp-config.php. The system status report may give more clues. Look for UTF-8; (with the semicolon) which is not valid. * Your theme vendor’s page is showing the last theme update as 29 June 19 (today!) so I should make sure you have that.
