UTF-8 and Croatian Latin problem

    Greetings.
    I have a problem with Croatian Latin. For my theme I can not see signs such as Š,Ć,Č,Đ,Ž … can you give me some help?

    I rewrote the wp-config.php

    define(’DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
    define(’DB_COLLATE’, ”);
    in
    //define(’DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
    //define(’DB_COLLATE’, ”)

    but it does not help 🙁
