utf-8

I’m having a a strange one…utf8 is not showing up in post content –just getting ????? — but it is showing up in post-titles

In phpadmin the Japanese characters are there for the content and showing fine, but on the blog no go

what could be the issue?

I’ve configured the wp-config and everything — This all was not an issue until 2.8 upgraded from 2.7

I’ve collated the db with the utf8 and set the character set to utf8
running on godaddy if that info helps…

I’ve read something about set namesm but can’t figure out how to implement it

Any help would be nice…
